Tennis RNT Terms of Service

Tennis RNT is a parent-managed tennis planning and decision-support platform.

Tennis RNT helps users manage:

• junior tennis player profiles
• goals
• tournament planning
• registration deadlines
• match results
• notebook notes
• AI-generated summaries
• college recruiting planning
• AIDEN recommendations

Tennis RNT provides planning support only.

Tennis RNT does not guarantee tournament acceptance, tournament results, ranking improvement, UTR improvement, college recruiting outcomes, admissions outcomes, scholarships, or roster placement.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Tennis RNT account.

Children may not create their own Tennis RNT accounts.

If you create a player profile for a junior player, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or have permission to manage that player's tennis information.

Tennis RNT allows one parent or user account to manage multiple player profiles.

Each player profile may include tennis information, goals, notes, match results, tournament plans, and recruiting information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

You agree not to enter information about a player unless you have the right or permission to do so.

If you create a player profile for a child under 13, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have authority to provide consent.

You consent to Tennis RNT storing and using the information you enter for that player for the purpose of providing Tennis RNT features, including tennis planning, notebook notes, match tracking, tournament planning, and AIDEN recommendations.

You may review, edit, export, or delete under-13 player profile information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may enter notes, match results, tournament plans, school lists, player information, and other content into Tennis RNT.

You retain ownership of the content you enter.

You grant Tennis RNT and Hit The Court, Inc. permission to use, process, store, display, summarize, and analyze that content as needed to provide the service, operate AIDEN, improve the platform, and support your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate.

AIDEN provides AI-generated planning support.

AIDEN may generate:

• tournament recommendations
• deadline reminders
• match summaries
• notebook summaries
• drill recommendations
• college fit insights
• next-step recommendations

AIDEN may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on incomplete information.

You should review AIDEN recommendations before relying on them.

AIDEN does not replace a coach, parent, medical professional, legal advisor, academic advisor, recruiting advisor, or other qualified professional.

Tennis RNT does not guarantee:

• tournament entry or acceptance
• tournament performance
• USTA ranking improvement
• UTR improvement
• WTN improvement
• college recruiting interest
• college admissions
• scholarships
• roster placement
• athletic development outcomes
• injury prevention
• medical outcomes

Any decisions about tournaments, training, recruiting, travel, or competition are your responsibility.

Tennis RNT may allow users to share notebook notes, match summaries, tournament summaries, or player information.

You are responsible for choosing what to share and with whom.

Do not share private, sensitive, or minor-related information unless you are comfortable doing so and have the right to share it.

Share links may be read-only, expire after a set time, and be revocable.

You agree not to:

• use Tennis RNT for unlawful purposes
• create accounts for children
• upload false, misleading, harmful, or abusive content
• harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• attempt to access another user's data
• interfere with the security or operation of Tennis RNT
• scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the platform
• use Tennis RNT to make automated decisions that harm another person
• upload sensitive information that is not needed for tennis planning

Tennis RNT may link to USTA, ITF, UTR, WTN, college, tournament, and other third-party resources.

These links are provided for convenience.

Tennis RNT does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.

If Tennis RNT offers paid subscriptions, pricing and billing terms will be shown at purchase.

Payments may be processed by the App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another payment provider.

Subscription cancellation and refund rights may depend on the payment provider's rules.

If you create an account, you may initiate account deletion through the app.

Deleting your account may delete or de-identify your account information, player profiles, notebook notes, match results, tournament plans, school lists, AIDEN summaries, and share links, subject to our retention practices and legal obligations.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We may add or remove tools, change recommendations, update AIDEN, change data sources, or modify tournament and college planning features.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risks, or use Tennis RNT in a way that may harm others.

You may stop using Tennis RNT at any time.

Tennis RNT is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that Tennis RNT will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tennis RNT and Hit The Court, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, tournament outcomes, recruiting outcomes, or ranking outcomes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tennis RNT and Hit The Court, Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app, by email, or by posting updated Terms.

Your continued use of Tennis RNT after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
