Tennis RNT Data Retention, Export, and Deletion Policy

This policy explains how Tennis RNT retains, exports, and deletes user and player data.

1. Data We Retain

Tennis RNT may retain:

account information
player profiles
goals
notebook entries
match results
tournament results
tournament plans
registration deadlines
college school lists
AIDEN summaries
share history
support requests
app usage logs
security logs

2. Why We Retain Data

We retain data to:

provide Tennis RNT features
maintain user accounts
preserve notebook and match history
support AIDEN recommendations
track tournaments and deadlines
support college recruiting planning
provide customer support
maintain security
comply with legal obligations
resolve disputes
enforce agreements

3. Account Deletion

Users may initiate account deletion in the app.

Deleting an account may delete or de-identify:

account information
player profiles
notebook entries
match results
tournament plans
college school lists
AIDEN summaries
active share links

Some information may be retained if needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

4. Player Profile Deletion

Parents may delete individual player profiles.

Deleting a player profile may delete or de-identify:

player profile information
goals
notebook notes
match results
tournament results
tournament plans
school lists
AIDEN summaries
share links related to that player

Deleting one player profile does not delete sibling player profiles unless the parent deletes those profiles separately.

5. Under-13 Player Data

Parents may delete under-13 player profiles or withdraw consent at any time.

When consent is withdrawn, Tennis RNT will delete or de-identify the related under-13 player information according to this policy, unless retention is required for legal, security, compliance, or dispute-resolution reasons.

6. Data Export

Users may request export of their data.

Exports may include:

account information
player profiles
notebook entries
match results
tournament plans
college school lists
AIDEN summaries
share history

Exports may be provided in CSV, JSON, Excel, or another reasonable format.

7. Share Link Revocation

Users may revoke active share links.

When a share link is revoked, recipients should no longer be able to access the shared content through that link.

Previously copied or downloaded content cannot be recalled from recipients.

8. Backup Copies

Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted according to our backup practices.

During this period, backup data is not used for ordinary product features.
