Tennis RNT is a parent-managed tennis planning platform created by Hit The Court, Inc. Tennis RNT helps parents and guardians manage junior tennis player profiles, tournament planning, registration deadlines, match results, notebook notes, college recruiting information, and AI-generated planning support through AIDEN.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what choices parents and users have.

1. Who Uses Tennis RNT

Tennis RNT is designed for parents, guardians, coaches, and adult users managing junior tennis information.

Children should not create their own Tennis RNT accounts.

Parents or guardians may create player profiles for their children, including children under 13. The parent or guardian controls the account, the player profile, the information entered, and any sharing of player information.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

name
email address
password or authentication information
account settings
subscription or payment status, if applicable
support communications

Player Profile Information

Parents or guardians may enter information about a junior player, including:

player name or nickname
birth year or age division
graduation year
gender, optional
UTR, WTN, ranking, or points information
goals
tournament plans
college recruiting preferences
school lists
tennis development notes

We recommend entering only the information needed to use Tennis RNT.

Notebook, Match, and Tournament Information

Parents may enter:

notebook notes
lesson notes
practice notes
match results
tournament results
opponent information
match statistics
coach notes
parent notes
tactical notes
AI-generated summaries
drill recommendations

College Recruiting Information

If you use college recruiting features, you may enter:

target schools
school fit notes
recruiting status
video or resume links, if provided
academic preferences, if provided
college tennis goals

AI and AIDEN Information

When you use AIDEN, Tennis RNT may process information from your account, player profiles, notes, matches, tournaments, and goals to generate recommendations, summaries, explanations, and planning support.

Device and Usage Information

We may collect basic technical and usage information, such as:

device type
browser type
operating system
app version
pages or features used
log data
crash reports
approximate location derived from device or account settings, if enabled

We do not require precise geolocation for core use of Tennis RNT.

Shared Content

If you choose to share notebook notes, match summaries, tournament summaries, or player information, we may store:

3. How We Use Information

create and manage user accounts

4. How AIDEN Uses Information

AIDEN uses information entered into Tennis RNT to provide planning support, including:

tournament recommendations
registration deadline reminders
notebook summaries
drill recommendations
match pattern detection
college fit insights
next-step recommendations

AIDEN may be incomplete or inaccurate. Parents, players, coaches, and appropriate professionals should review recommendations before making decisions.

Tennis RNT does not guarantee tournament results, ranking improvement, UTR improvement, recruiting outcomes, admissions outcomes, scholarships, or roster placement.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with:

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to help operate Tennis RNT, including hosting, database storage, authentication, analytics, email, payment processing, customer support, and AI processing.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Tennis RNT.

With Your Direction

If you choose to share a notebook note, match summary, tournament summary, player profile, or recruiting information, we may share the selected content with the recipient or through a secure share link.

Parents control what is shared.

Legal or Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, court order, government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Tennis RNT, users, players, or others.

Business Transfers

If Tennis RNT or Hit The Court, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy.

6. Children's Privacy

Tennis RNT is a parent-managed platform. Children should not create their own accounts.

Parents or guardians may create player profiles for children, including children under 13. When a parent or guardian creates a profile for an under-13 player, the parent or guardian must provide consent for Tennis RNT to store and use the information entered for tennis planning, match tracking, tournament planning, notebook notes, and AIDEN recommendations.

Parents may review, edit, export, or delete player profile information at any time.

Parents may withdraw consent for an under-13 player profile by deleting the player profile or contacting us at privacyhitthecourt@gmail.com.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create their own accounts.

7. Data Sharing for Advertising

Tennis RNT does not sell player data or child data.

Tennis RNT does not use player profile information for third-party behavioral advertising.

Tennis RNT does not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Tennis RNT, support user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve the platform.

Parents may request deletion of their account or player profiles.

When a player profile is deleted, we will delete or de-identify the related player data according to our data retention practices, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons.

9. Data Export, Correction, and Deletion

Users may request to:

access their information
correct inaccurate information
export account data
export player data
delete notebook notes
delete match results
delete player profiles
delete their account
revoke share links

These controls may be available in the app under Settings → Legal & Privacy.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.

However, no online service is completely secure. Users should use strong passwords and protect their account credentials.

11. Third-Party Links

Tennis RNT may link to official USTA, ITF, UTR, WTN, college, tournament, or other third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app, by email, or by posting an updated policy.

The updated policy will include a new effective date.
