Tennis RNT Children's Privacy Notice

Tennis RNT is designed for parents and guardians.

The parent or guardian creates the account, creates player profiles, enters tennis information, manages sharing, and controls deletion.

A player profile is not a child account.

Under-13 players do not receive their own login credentials.

Parents may enter information about an under-13 player, including:

• player first name or nickname
• birth year or age division
• tennis level
• UTR, WTN, ranking, or points information
• goals
• tournament plans
• registration deadlines
• match results
• notebook notes
• practice notes
• coach notes
• AI-generated summaries
• drill recommendations

We encourage parents to enter only information needed to use Tennis RNT.

For under-13 players, we recommend not entering unnecessary sensitive information, including:

• full date of birth
• home address
• personal phone number
• personal email address
• precise location
• school name, unless needed
• medical information
• photos or videos, unless needed and intentionally uploaded
• unrelated personal information

We use under-13 player information to provide Tennis RNT features, including:

• player profile management
• tournament planning
• registration deadline tracking
• match result tracking
• notebook notes
• AIDEN recommendations
• AI-generated summaries
• drill recommendations
• development planning
• parent support

When creating an under-13 player profile, the parent or guardian must confirm that they consent to Tennis RNT storing and using the information entered for that player.

The parent or guardian may withdraw consent by deleting the player profile or contacting us at privacyhitthecourt@gmail.com.

Parents control sharing.

Tennis RNT may allow parents to share notebook notes, match summaries, tournament summaries, or AI summaries.

For under-13 player profiles, Tennis RNT should default to sharing AI-generated summaries rather than full raw notes.

Parents should share information only with trusted coaches, family members, advisors, or others they choose.

Share links may be read-only, time-limited, and revocable.

Tennis RNT does not sell under-13 player information.

Tennis RNT does not use under-13 player information for third-party behavioral advertising.

We may use service providers to help operate Tennis RNT, including hosting, database storage, authentication, email, customer support, analytics, payment processing, and AI processing.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Tennis RNT.

Parents and guardians may:

• review player profile information
• edit player profile information
• export player data
• delete notebook notes
• delete match results
• revoke share links
• delete the player profile
• withdraw consent
• request deletion of under-13 player data

These controls may be available in the app under Settings → Legal & Privacy.

We retain under-13 player information only as long as needed to provide Tennis RNT, support the parent account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

Parents may request deletion of an under-13 player profile at any time.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect under-13 player information.

No online service is completely secure, so parents should use strong passwords and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
