Tennis RNT Sharing Policy

Tennis RNT allows parents and users to share selected tennis information, including notebook notes, match summaries, tournament summaries, AI-generated summaries, and drill recommendations.

Sharing is controlled by the parent or account holder.

1. What Can Be Shared

Users may choose to share:

notebook notes
AI-generated notebook summaries
match results
match notes
match summaries
tournament summaries
drill recommendations
pre-tournament briefs
post-tournament debriefs
college recruiting summaries

2. Share Options

Quick Summary

An AI-generated summary of the note, match, or tournament.

This is the default sharing option.

Full Note

The full raw note entered by the user.

This may include more sensitive information and should be shared carefully.

Coach View

A coach-friendly version that may include the main focus, notes, drills, and next practice recommendations.

Player View

A simpler, encouraging version designed for the player.

3. Sharing Methods

Tennis RNT may allow sharing through:

copy to clipboard
PDF download
email
secure share link

Secure share links may be:

read-only
time-limited
revocable
limited to selected sections

4. Sharing Junior Player Information

Notebook notes and match notes may include information about minors.

Before sharing junior player information, users should make sure they are comfortable sharing the selected content with the recipient.

For under-13 player profiles, Tennis RNT should default to AI Summary rather than Full Note.

5. Parent Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

choosing what to share
choosing the recipient
confirming they have the right to share the information
avoiding unnecessary sensitive information
revoking share links when access is no longer needed

6. Revoking Share Links

Users may revoke active share links in the app.

Revocation prevents future access through the share link.

Revocation cannot delete content already copied, downloaded, emailed, screenshotted, or saved by a recipient.

7. No Public Profiles

Tennis RNT does not make junior player profiles public by default.

Player information is private unless the parent or account holder chooses to share selected information.
